Only if you use a BuildSmart account. Without an account, your profile, project, documents, photos, budget and reminders are saved on your phone only and nothing is sent to a server.

If you create a BuildSmart account, your account details and the project data you share (records, documents and photos you add to a shared project) are stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). See the privacy policy for details.

Sharing needs a BuildSmart account. Sign in with your account, then invite your architect or engineer from the Team tab. They need their own BuildSmart account to join. Everyone you invite can see the records, documents and photos in that shared project, so only invite people you trust with them.

In the app, open the Team tab and choose Delete account (or Delete profile and all data if you do not use an account). Confirm when asked. This cannot be undone, so use Export my data first if you want a copy.

Deleting your account deletes the account and the data we store for it. Shared projects owned by other people keep their own copies of what was shared in them. Deleting the app from your phone also removes the data saved on that phone.

If you cannot use the app, email operations@praesi.ai from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.

• In the app, open the Team tab, then Notifications, and make sure Reminders are on.
• In your iPhone Settings, open Notifications, find BuildSmart Cyprus and allow notifications.
• Check whether Focus or Do Not Disturb is on.
• If you set quiet hours in the app, reminders that fall inside them arrive when quiet hours end.
• Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. They are not sent from a server, so they are not delivered to other devices.

It depends on where your plot is and on your project. Please confirm with your architect and the competent authority for your plot before you apply. The roadmap links to official sources, but the authority decides.
